On shame and guilt

Often we encounter either shame, or guilt, or both in self-encounters.
My first thought is: whose is this? How young is this part?
I think it will be very interesting to dive into the layers of shame and guilt.

I will do some investigation on this topic and make a presentation.

The presentation is just a start for discussion and to share with each other how we encounter this in our work as facilitators, and what do we find when we are client ourselves, or sometimes as resonator..

I will write something down about this and share it with you afterwards, including the presentation.
