On transference and countertransference in IoPT

Franz tried to eliminate as much as possible the role of the Facilitator. Does this work?

I like to start with looking at:

• Some theory about transference and countertransference
• Then look at how do we do this in the IoPT method
• To what extent do we as Facilitators have a role in this

So I will start with my view on this and then we can explore: see what you feel about this, how can we enhance the process and help ourselves and our clients more. How do we more 'get' what we see and what goes on.

The presentation is just a start for discussion and to share with each other how we encounter this in our work as facilitators, and what do we find when we are client ourselves, or sometimes as resonator..

I will write something down about this and share it with you afterwards, including the presentation.
